Elastic Staple Variable Needle System (VNS)

Using Avery Dennison™Elastic Staple™and producing a staple type fastener to attach rider, headers or attaching a product such as a toy or tool to a display card for store displays.  This unit can also attach headers and cloth swatch samples together to eliminate the metal staple.

Ideal for fastening both hard and soft goods.  You can fasten kitchen gadgets, hardware, toys and other items to retail display cards.  Or, you can fasten header cards to soft goods, like socks, gloves, towel sets and bath mats.  The air-powered cylinder reduces operator fatigue and allows the needles to penetrate even thick materials with ease.
